SEIL Energy India Limited (Formerly Sembcorp Energy India Limited) is in compliance with the corporate governance norms prescribed under the SEBI Listing Regulations and the Companies Act 2013 in relation to the composition of our Board and constitution of committees thereof.
Our corporate structure, business, operations, and disclosure practices are aligned to the global practices. SEIL is committed to conducting business fairly, ethically and in accordance with applicable laws of the land. Our management processes, including our commitment to the environment and sustainability, aim to reflect the robust global governance practices.
SEIL has seven Directors on its Board, comprising one Chairman, one Wholetime-Director, two Directors and three independent Directors. Further, we have one woman director on our Board. The board is collectively responsible for providing overall strategic direction and ensuring the long-term success of SEIL’s business.
